We needed a plumber for a pipe leak at our home in Stafford. I’ve used Goodfellas Plumbing LLC twice now for plumbing repairs at my home, including a pipe replacement and fixing a pipe leak, and both experiences were excellent. If you’re looking for a reliable local plumber, Jack is someone you should definitely call. Jack is personable, honest, and clearly very experienced. There’s no upselling or nonsense—he explains the problem, walks you through the options, and then fixes it the right way. When he repaired the leaking pipe and handled the pipe replacement, he made sure everything was done properly and working perfectly before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work and stands behind what he does. That kind of integrity and professionalism is hard to find these days. If you’re getting plumbing work done, you can call around for quotes—but before making a final decision, make sure you call Jack at Goodfellas Plumbing LLC. After working with him twice, he’ll be my first call anytime I need a plumber. Highly recommend.

I had Jack out to help with a sink in my mom's laundry room that was backing up when the washer drained.He came the same day that I called him. He actually had to go up on the roof to clear the sewer line. I never would have thought that would be the problem, but he had in clear in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and very reasonable priced. I will definitely be using his company in the future. Great job!

I would like to take a moment and thank Jack for helping me with a very difficult hot water heater issue. My water heater failed and I had several guests arriving within a couple of days to stay for a week. Not a situation I would want anyone to be in. Paying for a week of hotel rooms would have been very expensive. I was lucky enough to have a neighbor refer me to Goodfellas Plumbing LLC. From start to finish I received the rarely seen customer service that I really needed for this situation. Jack was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I could not have been treated better. Jack really pulled me out of a difficult situation, a house full of people and only cold water to use. He gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to replace and his price was unbelievably reasonable without breaking my bank. Once I accepted his price Jack and his helper were wicked fast and professional. They removed the dead water heater and installed the new one before I knew what was going on. I now have a plumber for life.

I called Goodfellas plumbing, described my leak issue and they were able to understand my decription of the problem and new exactly what my problem was. Jack came out to check my water leak issue. Made a quick assessment and gave an estimate at no charge. The estimate was way better than anyone else.
